Embossing products is a creative alternative and very cost effective method using a specialised branding technique. The process involves directly applying compressed heat through a metal tooling (or Plate) onto the product. The result is a two-tier (or level) design that has no additional colours in the finished branding other than shades of the actual product colour. There are limitations to which products can be branded using this method simply because of the temperatures used.

Cost to originate the design can initially be quite an expensive as the tooling has to be created by hand. However, it can also be affected by size of design. Costs thereafter to apply the branding are substantially cheaper than other branding methods and the minimum quantities start from just 144 pieces.
